* 1 1/4 pounds ground Italian sausage/
cooked & divided in half
* 2 minced cloves of garlic
* 1 {28 ounce} jar red pasta sauce of choice
{or your own sauce}
* 1 {26 ounce} package cheese ravioli/
divided in half
* 3 cups shredded Italian cheeses of choice/
divided into 3 portions

*Heat the oven to 350.*Cook the sausage in a heavy skillet,'til done,drain the excess grease & add the garlic.*Stir & cook another few minutes.*Spread 1/2 cup of the sauce on the bottom of a 13x9" glass baking dish.*Arrange a single layer of half the ravioli over the sauce,then evenly sprinkle 1 cup of the cheese over.*Sprinkle evenly with 1/2 of the sausage.*Repeat another layer of each,ending with the last layer being cheese.*Bake for 50 to 60 minutes 'til the cheese is well melted & bubbly around the edges.*Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
