2 big potatoes (Yukon gold are good)
2 - 3 tbsp. Ranch dressing
milk
1/4 c cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Microwave potatoes until done.
2. Scoop out all white, leaving some in shell.
3. Mash with Ranch dressing. Add milk a little at a time until smooth.
4. Add cheese, mix then fill shells. Sprinkle with more cheese.
5. Bake 350 for 20 minutes.
