Ingredients:  
3 c flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 t cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cloves
3/4 c. nuts
3 eggs, beaten
2 c sugar
1 c cooking oil
2 tsp vanilla
2 c grated zucchini

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine first 8 ingredients.
2. Add eggs to dry ingredients.
3. Mix in oil, sugar, and vanilla.
4. Fold in zucchini
5. Evenly pour batter in 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake 325 for 1 hour. Remove from pans.
