2 lbs. ground round
1 c packaged corn flake crumbs
1/3 dried parsley flakes
2 eggs
2 T soy sauce
1/4 t pepper
1/2 t garlic powder (as usual I use more than that)
1/3 c catsup
2 T instant minced onion
1 1 lb can whole cranberry sauce
2 T firmly packed brown sugar
1 T bottled lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley flakes, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, catsup, and minced onion, mix well. Form mixture into small balls, about the size of a walnut. Put into a 15 1/2" by 10 1/2" pan. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over meatballs. Bake uncovered around 30-40 minutes, till meatballs are cooked through.

Our mom made these all the time for parties when we were kids, they are so good! I make them for pot lucks, they are always a huge hit and I have passed the recipe on a hundred times. And so easy because you don't have to cook the meatballs first.
