FOR CHEESECAKE:
* 2 {8 ounce} packages softened cream cheese
* 2 eggs
* 1/2 cup sugar
* 1 tsp. vanilla
* 1 tsp. lemon juice
* 1 ready made 9" graham cracker crust

FOR TOPPING:
* 14 ounces sour cream
* 2 TBSP. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat the oven to 375.*Beat the cheesecake ingredients together,on medium 'til well blended.*Pour into the ready crust & bake for 20 minutes,then let it cool for 10.*Turn the oven up to 400.*While the cheesecake is cooling,combine the topping ingredients.*Top the baked cheesecake with the topping & bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.*Let it chill for at least 6 hours.
