1 C. whipping cream
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 box lemon gelatin

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in 1 C. hot water. Let cool. Whip
cream; add sugar, vanilla and cream cheese, then
gelatin and pineapple. Add red or green cherries, if
desired.
