2 c. sugar
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c. margarine
2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
ICING;
4 T. cocoa
1/2 c. margarine
4 T. milk
1 box confectioners

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and margarine. Heat on med. heat until melted and then add flour and mix well. Add eggs, milk and vanilla flavoring. Pour into a 9x13" greased pan. Put in cold oven and bake at 400 for 20 mins.FOR ICING;-Heat cocoa, margarine and milk until margarine is melted. Add one box of confectioners sugar. Beat well and frost warm cake.
