4 c. crumbled cornbread
1/4 c.chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c.chopped onion
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cooked chicken
1 (10-oz) can cream of chicken soup,undiluted
1 1/2 c.chicken broth, can use broth out of boiling the chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornbread, green peppers, onion and celery; mix well. Place 1/2 of mixture in a 2-quart baking dish. Spread chicken over cornbread. Combine soup and chicken broth and pour over chicken. Place remaining cornbread mixture in baking dish and press mixture down. Set aside for 20 mins. Bake in oven 45 mins at 350
