3 T. butter 1 egg, beaten 2 T. milk 1 c.corn bread stuffing mix 4(1/2") thick pork loin chops
Place butter in a 13x9x2"baking pan. Placce pan in preheated 425 oven about 3 mins. or until butter melts. Dip pork chops in egg and milk mixture. Coat with stuffing mix. Place chops on top of melted butter in pan. Bake at 425º bake 20 mins and then turn over, bake 10-15 mins more or until no longer pink.
