1(8-oz)pkg. cream cheese,softened
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 T. mayonniase
1 env. ranch dressing mix
1 c. chopped pecans
2 T. dried parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese,cheddar cheese,onion,mayonniase and Ranch dressing. Mix well . Shape into a ball or log. Combine pecans and parsley in a bowl. Mix well. Roll cheese ball in pecan mixture. Chill covered, until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.
