2 lbs frozen hash browns/onions and green peppers
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in large bowl all ingredients. Put into 9x13 pan. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hours.
