1 lb Bob Evans mild sausage 1 can sauerkraut, chopped 1 egg beater 1 small onion - chopped dash of salt & pepper Italian bread crumbs
Rinse and drain sauerkraut. Combine egg, onion, salt & pepper to taste. Mix and shape into walnut size balls. Roll in Italian bread crumbs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degree for 1 hour turning half way through.
