2 cubes butter (I use a lot less)
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2/3 white sugar
2 eggs
2 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup coconut
1 cup nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter. While it is cooling, mix by hand the sugars and eggs. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add to creamed mixture. Add vanilla. Pour melted butter over and mix in. Add chocolate chips, coconut and nuts. Spread into greased and floured 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350º about 25 minutes. (Do not over bake.)

Ina Lou Cheney brought a pan of this to welcome one of our new babies. They are sooo good I made them for many years, then got a little more health conscious and haven't done it for a long time, but just typing this makes my mouth water. = )
