2 cups zucchini (grated)
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup oil
3 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cinnamon
Can add nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first five (5) ingredients well. Add remaining
ingredients, mix well, and pour into 2 lightly greased (8X4X3) loaf pans. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Donít open oven door.
