* 1 cup Bisquick
* 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
* 2 TBSP. roasted red peppers/chopped
* 1 TBSP.canned jalapeno peppers/chopped
{hot~OR~mild}
* 1/3 cup of beer
{your choice/nothing dark~OR~stout}

Directions:
Directions:
*Heat the oven to 450.*Spray a large {lipped} baking tray & set aside.*In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients EXCEPT the beer & mix well.*Stir in the beer & let it sit for 5 minutes.*Drop by teaspoon fulls onto the baking sheet & bake for 7 to 10 minutes 'til they're golden brown.
