1 Ib. lean pork tenderloin
3 T. seasoned bread crumbs
1 T. grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oil
1 small onion, minced
1 clove garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut loin crosswise into 8 slices, 1" thick, flatten to 1/2". Combine crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Coat slices. Heat oil in pan. Stick pan on med. low heat. Cook with onions and garlic slowly for 5 mins. Turn and cook the otherside for 4 or 5 mins.
