1 pkg. raspberry or cranberry gelatin
1 cup hot water
1/2 cups cold water or pineapple juice
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
1/2 cup celery, chopped (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water and chill until partially thickened. Fold all ingredients into 1quart mold, individual molds, or serving dish. Chill until firm. Turn out on chilled plate, garnish with crisp greens. Serve with sour cream or mayonnaise, if you wish.
