CRUST; 1 1/2 sticks cold margarine 1 1/2 plain flour 1/3 c. powdered sugar TOP; 3 slightly, beaten eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 T. plain flour 3 T lemon juice
CRUST; Cut with a pastry blender until crumbly-Then softly mash in the bottom of a 13"x9"x2" dish with your hands. Bake at 350º for 20 mins. TOP; Mix all 4 ingredients together and pour over baked crust. Return to oven to bake at 350º for 15 to 20 mins. Stir powdered sugar over the top. Cut into squares.
