1 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
9 anchovies (rinsed and drained) or substitute 1 tsp. anchovies paste
1 ½ Tbsp. garlic, peeled and coarsely chopped
¼ cup plus one Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Sherry wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon or any grainy mustard
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
25 or so grinds of fresh cracked black pepper, coarsely ground

Directions:
Directions:
Place first six ingredients (mayo thru mustard) in food processor. Process until anchovies and garlic are pureed. With motor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil and Tabasco. Stir in black pepper. Nice thing about this version of the Caesar dressing, it can be kept refrigerated for up to one month.

This is an easy alternative to the classic Caesar dressing. For something a little different, substitute balsamic vinegar for the Sherry vinegar and if you want to kick it up a notch… more garlic! Oh yeah, baby!
