1 or 2 ripe bananas 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1(4oz.) pkg. instant pudding (vanilla or banana) 4 eggs 1 c. water 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Slice bananas into large bowl and beat until well mashed. Add remaining ingredients. Blend; beat for 2 mins. Pour into well greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350º for 60-70 mins. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes. Remove and continue cooling on rack or cake plater. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
