12 oz. mild cheddar cheese
12 oz.sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz.cream cheese
large,onion, chopped fine
1 T.worchestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Grate all ingredients together and form a ball (or two small ones) ( A food processor does a great job.) Roll in finely chopped pecans or paprika.
