1 c. quick cooking rice
1 (3 3/4 oz.) vanilla pudding mix
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. salt
3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, pudding mix, cinnamon and salt in a 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole dish, stir in milk gradually. Cook in microwave on med. high for 9 to 11 mins, or until mixture begins to boil. Stir halfway through cooking time with wire whip. Stir in raisins, sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve warm.
