4 cups Chick peas
Juice of 2 lemons
cup Olive oil
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp White Pepper
cup Tahini
2 to 3 cloves Garlic
to cups Cold water

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in food processor except water. Blend adding water until you reach desired consistency. For creamier hummus add soft silken tofu. Serve with chips or pita bread.
