1 Ib. round steak 3 T. shortening 1/3 c. flour salt to taste 1 med, onion 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 can of water
Cut meat into single servings and brown after coating with salt and flour mixture. Place onion and potatoes on top of meat. Add soup and water. Cover and simmer for appox. 45 mins. or until tender. Check often to keep from sticking.
