1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. applesauce
1 t. soda
1 T. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 1/2 t. allspice
1/2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat. Heat applesauce and stir in soda in it. Add flour to applesauce; add spices and vanilla mixing well. Bake in greased muffin tins at 350 for 20 mins.
