3 lbs unpeeled New Potatoes
2/3 c Mayo
8 oz Sour Cream
2 T Dill (fresh)
2 T Onion (grated)
2 T Parsley (chopped)
2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub taters & boil 13 - 15 min. Drain & half or quarter (depending on size). Mix all other ingredients in large bowl and add taters. Stir & chill.
