Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp. sage 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. fennel seed 1/2 c. dry red wine 2 26-oz. jars spaghetti sauce 1 6-oz. can tomato paste 1 pkg. no-boil lasagna 1/2-3/4 pkg spinach, chopped 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 32-oz. cottage cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 T. parsley flakes Dash freshly ground black pepper 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Directions:Brown meat. Add spices and wine. Simmer 3-5 minutes. Stir in spaghetti sauce and tomato paste. Cook 10-15 minutes, Combine eggs, cottage cheese, parsley and pepper. In 13X9X2" pan arrange a layaer of lasagna, cottage cheese mixture, spinach, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Bake 350 degree oven 30 min. or until bubbly. |

Notes: Can be refrigerated or frozen. Bake refrigerated lasagna 375 degree 40 minutes or frozen lasagna 1 hr. 30 minutes.
