Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 chocolate pie shell
4 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. confectioner's sugar
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter and 1/4 c. of smooth
peanut butter
1 T. milk
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips and some to sprinkle on top of pie
Chopped peanut topping
8 oz. Cool Whip topping

Directions:
Directions:
Start with a ready-made chocolate graham pie crust, OR make your own with Oreo cookie crumbs and butter. Now you are ready to construct the first and most delightful layer of the pie. Mix the 4 oz. of pre-softened cream cheese with confectioner's sugar, crunchy peanut butter, milk, chocolate chips. This is a thick substance but using your mixer and a heavy duty spatula, you will get the job done! Place this concoction into the pie shell, and spread out evenly with the spatula. Careful now, so you don't mess up the pie shell. The hard part is done and you only have two easy layers to go! For the second layer, take half of the Cool Whip and put into the bowl you just emptied, no need to wash it out. Add 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter. Mix this with your mixer and then spread on top of layer with your spatula. Now you're ready for the easiest layer, take the remaining Cool Whip and spread on top of Layer 2. Now you will want to top off this masterpiece with some sprinkled mini chocolate chips on the top and also some nut topping. Place in freezer to freeze. Remove just before you are ready to serve.
