1 lb. pork sausage 10 oz. frozen spinach 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1 c. sour cream 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped green onions 10 oz. diced tomatoes stewed with chilies (drained) 1 tsp. garlic powder
Cook sausage and drain. Add 2 T. water, cover and cook for one minute. Thaw spinach and squeeze until dry. Add to sausage with rest of ingredients. Heat until cheese is melted and heated through. Serve warm with tortilla chips, etc.
