one head of cauliflower
Miracle Whip Dressing
mustard and paprika
grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Keep the cauliflower whole. Wash well. Steam or boil it until it is done -- but not too soft. It should still hold its shape well. Carefully place the cooked head of cauliflower into a shallow baking dish or pan that can be placed under the broiler. Mix Salad Dressing and Mustard together -- up to equal parts if you like a strong mustard taste -- less if you don't. Spread this sauce all over the head of cauliflower. Cover generously with grated cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Place under broiler, watching carefully, until cheese is melted. Smile and serve to people who thought they didn't like cauliflower.
