1 oz. Frangelico

1 oz. Vanilla vodka

1 oz. Bailey’s

1 oz. espresso coffee

half and half

cinnamon

fresh lemon slice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four ingredients in a shaker with a little crushed ice. Shake vigorously. Rub a martini glass rim with fresh lemon slice then carefully dip the rim in the cinnamon. Strain the liquid from the shaker in the glass. Float a thin layer of half and half on top and enjoy! (note; you can find pre-made espresso mix in some specialty shops if you don’t have an espresso machine.)
