1 pkg. brownie mix, with pouch of chocolate syrup
1/3 c. water
1/3 c. olive oil
2 eggs
3/4 c. heavy whipping cream
6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips (1 c.)
3 eggs
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom only of springform pan. Make brownie mix as directed on package. Spread in pan.
Heat whipping cream and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
Beat 3 eggs and sugar until foamy, stir into chocolate mixture. Pour evenly over batter.
Bake about 65 minutes or until topping is set. Cool completely. Loosen sides and remove side of pan. Serve at room temperature or cover tightly and refrigerate until chilled.
