64 Vanilla Wafers
5 T. butter, melted
3 T. sugar
3 1/4 c. cold milk
4 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
8 oz. pkg. white chocolate flavor instant pudding
1.5 c. thawed Cool Whip
1.5 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 square semisweet baking chocolate, grated

Preheat oven to 350. Finely crush 40 of the wafers; place in medium bowl. Add butter and sugar, mix until well blended. Press firmly onto bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Pour 1 1/4 c. of the milk into bowl. Add dry chocolate puddding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Spread over crust. Top with remaining 24 wafers.
Pour remaining 2 c. milk into bowl. Add dry white chocolate pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread over wafer layer in pan.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours until set.
Preheat broiler just before serving. Top dessert evenly with marshmallows. Broil 1 minute or until marshmallows are puffed and lightly browned. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cut into 24 squares. Serve immediately.
