Broccoli Parmesan Recipe

1 bunch broccoli
2 T. minced onion
3 T. melted butter
3 T. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 chicken boullion cube, crumbled
2.5 c. milk
3/4 c. parmesan

Remove tough ends of broccoli. Cook, covered in boiling salted water. Place in 1.5 qt. casserole.
Saute onion in butter til tender. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, marjoram and mustard. Cook til bubbly. Stir in boullion cube. Gradually add milk. Cook til smooth and thickened, stirring constantly. Add 1/2 c. cheese and stir til melted. Pour sauce over broccoli, sprinkle with paprika and remaining cheese.
Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.
