2 c. chopped celery 2 c. chopped onion 2-3 T. margarine 1 large jar cheese whiz 4 c. cooked rice 2- 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup 40 oz frozen chopped broccoli
Sauté celery and onion in small amount of butter. Stir in cheese and soup. Rinse the frozen broccoli in strainer with hot water until thawed. Add this to rice and stir in soup mixture. Pour into greased 13x9x2 casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
