2-1/2 lbs. Cabbage, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup Walnuts, finely chopped
3-4 Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
4 stalks Celery, finely chopped


1/2 cup plainYogurt
1 T. Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup Mayo
3 T. Sugar
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

Combine ingredients and chill for several hours.
