1 cup flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup shortening


1 lb pumpkin (canned)
13 1/2 oz evaporated milk
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, quick oats, brown sugar, shortening -- bake in 9x13 for 15 minutes at 350 -
while cooking mix together pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, salt, ginger and cloves.

Pour second part over base and bake for 40 minutes at 350. (after it has baked for 20 minutes can sprinkle brown sugar and pecans over top -- then continue to bake for rest of time).
