2 Lemons (rind & all)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut up lemons in a blender and blend them first. Add 2 eggs and butter and then blend. Then add sugar, one cup at a time. Blend all together. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Let cool before serving.
