2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped fine
1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:

In the container of a blender or processor, combine first 6 ingredients. Pulse to desired consistency.Add onion, and pulse 3 times. Cover and chill.
