large carton mushrooms (any kind or simple button mushrooms)
butter
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Sliced mushrooms. Sauté in melted butter until tender, soft, and brown. Add salt and pepper to taste.

This is a family favorite. It is simple and we never seem to make enough! It usually accompanies beef/steak.
