1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tbsp firmly packed brown sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1-1/2 lbs flank steak
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 large red bell pepper, thinly sliced
10 or 12 fajita size flour tortillas
Shredded cheese, Pico de Gallo, guacamole and sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. Place steak in a large shallow dish or a zip-lock bag and pour the lime mixture over steak. Cover or seal, and chill for 4 hours, turning steak occasionally.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
Grill, covered with a grill lid, over medium-high heat, ( 350 to 400 F), turning occasionally, 15 minutes, or until you can tell its medium-rare(145 F). Slice steak thinly, across the grain, cover, and keep warm. In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers, and cook 5 to6 minutes, or until they are tender. Add sliced steak, stirring to combine. Serve fajitas with tortillas and desired toppings.

Everybody loves fajitas, make sure you have a nice selection of toppings so your guests can personalize to perfection. You can also use chicken breasts along-with or instead-of beef, thats what my wife says..
