10 (8 oz.) baking potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. hot heavy cream
1/4 c. sour cream (consider plain or vanilla yogurt or Miracle Whip)
1/4 c. diced fine and sautéed onions
3 oz. cheddar grated cheese
3 oz. fried and crumbled bacon.
(Alter ingredients to your tastes.))

Directions:

Bake potatoes (~hour at 300º F); cut top off lengthwise and scoop potato's out. Mix ingredients in mixer for creamier potatoes. I prefer old fashioned potato masher for texture. Taste for adjustments. Spoon back in to potato skin. Bake 15 minutes at 400º F.

Sorentos! This reminds me of our family favorite restaurant outside of Maple Park, IL. We go there for birthdays and anniversaries. We always request twice baked potatoes that are not advertised on the menu. Wednesday is prime rib night. We enjoy green frogs for dessert with a flaming sugar cube........
