2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
3 T. Baking Powder
2/3 C. Sugar
3/4 C. Peanut Butter (smooth)
1 Egg (beaten)
1 C. Milk
1/2 C. Crumbled Crisp Bacon
1/4 C. Bacon Drippings

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl. Blend in peanut butter, egg, and milk. The mixture will be fairly stiff. Add bacon and drippings, making sure bacon is well distributed in dough.
Pour batter into well greased 9 x 5 x 2 loaf pan. Set aside for 15 minutes. Bake 50 -55 minutes in pre-heated 350 degree oven. Cool on rack.
