Ingredients:  
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/4 c.butter
1 Ib ground beef
2 T. flour
1 tsp.salt
1 tsp.pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter over med, heat until transparent. Add beef and cook, stirring until done. Add flour, salt, pepper, mushrooms and soup. Add sour cream. Simmer for 15 mins. Serve over rice or noodles.
