1 Round steak
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
flour
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup wine
2 Tblsp soy sauce
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the round steak and dredge in flour. Pound flour into the steak. Mix together the dry mustard, pepper, and salt and rub steak on both sides. Brown the steak in hot oil, then add diced onions, wine, and soy sauce. Cover with sour cream. bake in a 300 oven for 40 minutes. Serve over noodles or rice.
