Dog Treats:
1/2 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 egg
1/4 cup canola oil
2 tbs. molasses
Additions for Cat Treats:
2 tbs. dried catnip
2 pkts. (1/2-oz. pkg.) low-sodium chicken bouillon powder, 1 1/2 tsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F. Coat baking sheets with cooking spray. Dog Treats: Combine oats, flour,egg,oil and molasses. Stir in 1/4 cup water until combined. On lightly floured surface roll out dough to 1/2" thickness. Using 2 3/4" bone-shaped cookie cutter cut out treats. Transfer to baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until dry and set. Remove from pans; cool completely on rack.
Cat Treats: Add catnip and bouillon powder to dry mixture; proceed with recipe as directed for dog treats using 2 1/2" fish-shaped cookie cutter.
