3 C. unbleached White Flour
1/4 C. unsweetened Cocoa
1 tsp. Salt
2 C. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 T. Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 C. Vegetable Oil
2 C. Water
1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese
3 - 4 T. Milk (or as needed for mixing)
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
2 C. Powder Sugar

Preheat oven to 350. Into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan sift together flour, cocoa, salt, sugar and baking soda. Make 3 holes in flour mixture. Pour 1/3 of vanilla, vinegar, and oil into each hole. Add water, blend gently with fork until mixed.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake, cool on a wire rack.
Frosting: Cream together cream cheese, milk and vanilla. Slowly beat in sugar. Frost top of cooled cake.
