1/3 C. Shorting
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
3 tsp. Baking powder
3 Bananas (mashed)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
2/3 C. Milk
2/3 C. Nuts (floured)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening, salt, sugar and eggs. Sift dry ingredients together and add. Add vanilla, floured nuts, milk and bananas last. Bake at 375. for 20 to 25 minutes. makes a three layer cake.
