2 C. Sour Cream 2 tsp. Soda 2 1/2 C. Flour 2 C. Sugar 6 T. Cocoa Dash of Salt 4 Eggs (beaten) 1 tsp. Vanilla
Add soda to sour cream. Sift dry ingredients several times and add sour cream and soda. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 3 to 4 minutes on electric mixer, makes 3 thick layers. Bake in moderate oven. This is a very moist chocolate cake.
