5 lbs. new potatoes or baby Yukon Gold potatoes
Sour cream, 2 cups
Butter, 8 Tbsp.
Bacon, 1 lb. cooked crisp and chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut larger potatoes in half; leave smaller baby potatoes whole. Place in medium pot covered with water and lid. When water boils, salt water and cook potatoes without lid for 10-11 minutes until tender. Drain cooked potatoes and return to hot pot. Smash with sour cream, butter and chopped bacon. Season with salt and pepper. If they are too thick, thin with milk or broth. Transfer to
serving dish.
